A good way to check whether a mattress is right for you is to lie on your back and place your hand in the small of your back between you and the mattress. If it is difficult to move your hand, the mattress is probably too soft. If your hand moves too easily the mattress is probably too hard, and if there is just a slight resistance then the mattress is just right. Bedtime mattresses include memory foam, pocket springs, orthopaedic and open coil options. Vacuum packed mattresses are available to take home today.
